Política de reembolso

RETURN POLICY:
All prices are in US dollars.
All items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Some exceptions will be made for items that are deemed damaged, but will need to be returned in the same condition received, unused, and with the original packaging (including dust bags) and tags still attached. All merchandise is sold as is. 
If your order is placed within Mexico, all sales taxes will be refunded. For all international orders, shipping, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Aurelia. If an item is returned because a customer refuses to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Aurelia will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Aurelia. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the products is returned to us. 
Aurelia reserved the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet our requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your own expense. 
Pre-orders are only available for certain products. Please allow anywhere from 4-6 weeks for any pre-orders to be fulfilled. If you are looking for something custom-made please contact us directly at info@aureliamexico.com. We cannot assure we will be able to assess custom-made orders at any given time, but will try our best to do so.
